| Date: 27/02/2002 (Location=Irus Burn (Kepler Tr, Dist=0km, Total=1037km) Another 20km of hiking along the Kepler Mountiains, over every ridge and across almost every saddle. A cold gusty wind made this walk a little less pleasant than uual, exspciaily if you an idot like me and attempt it in a T-shirt. More incredible scenery to go with the heart stopping precipeces that track skirts. Camped in out tent at Irus Burn in light misty rain and thick heavy sand flies. << Prev - Next >> |
