Did some shopping, sorted out some medical stuff for next year (vaxinations etc). Crossing the footbridge from the motel/caravan park side of town to the CBD out clicking cleats were recognised by a Scott Chris and a Tasweegen Jenny who had cycled all the way from England. If you think we're a bit lame, checkout their web site: www.ozbybike.co.uk. Actually, his site is much funnier than this one, so don't bother. We chatted for an hour or so, only interrupted by dolphins splashing their tails demanding attentions in the bay. Pt Augusta is a much cleaner looking town that just a few years ago. There are new parks and all the old buildings have benefited from new paint and the new money brought to the town by the immigration detention facility. << Prev - Next >> |
