| Date: 28/06/2001 (Location=Gulgong, Dist=73km, Total=314km) Slow hilly and floggy start past the icy Lake Windamere. Great fund riding down the valley to Mudgee. Mudgee a nice little town. Everyone potters around at 40km/hr. We left Mudgee along Henry Lawson Drive, past the Henry Lawson Vinyard, next to the Henry Lawson Winery, across the Henry Lawson bridge that spans the Henry Lawson river, past the Henry Lawson Memorial (a picnic table) next to the Henry Lawson Estate. After seeking directions from the tourist information preople at the Henry Lawson Centre to our final destination, the Henry Lawson caravan park. David F << Prev - Next >> |
