Not so early start today as we didn't have all that far to go. But lots of climbing. Great cycling as we climbed up past the mountain stream to Mackenzie Falls. Mackenzie Falls makes a nice walk through nice bush with a pleasant waterfall view. More climbing (getting harder, too much of a good thing?) to Reid lookout for more great views. Fantastic fun descent into Halls Gap. Cicadas screaming at us from the forest, resonating through our ears. Halls Gap supermarket a total ripoff merchant. Most things are 2-3 times RRP.
