Knocked off the highway stretch to Orbost quickly this morning, in spite of it being a series of undulating hills. We shopped our socks off at Orbost and headed down the Snowy River to Marlo for a well earned (IMHO) day off. The Snowy River is more muddy than snowy here, at least I hope that's why it's a brown murky colour. We got have a bit of a look around town as it was such a short riding day. Town is very small, so the look around didn't take too long. Just a general store and a hundred or so holiday/fishing shacks. Just as well, because not long after another massive thunder storm rolled in. It's still raining now. << Prev - Next >> |
